JPW and Orpheum Club Terms and Conditions
Membership & Eligibility
Members must be at least 21 years of age to join. An adult (21+) signature is required for all wine deliveries.
Membership Options
Jordan Parker Wine Club: Quarterly shipments with a 1-year (4 shipment) minimum commitment.
Orpheum Club: Subscription-based membership with a 6-month minimum commitment.
Billing & Payments
All memberships require a valid credit card on file and are billed automatically based on your selected club. Charges may vary depending on wine selections, applicable discounts, tax, and shipping (if applicable).
Members are responsible for keeping payment and contact information up to date. All charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Early cancellations prior to fulfilling the minimum commitment period are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Jordan Parker Wine Club members who cancel early will also be charged for discounts and benefits previously received.
A 30-day written notice is required prior to the next billing or shipment.
Credits & Benefits (Orpheum Club)
Unused credits are non-refundable but may be applied toward purchases at regular retail pricing after cancellation.
Shipping & Pickup
Wine not picked up within 60 days may be shipped at the member’s expense.
Members are responsible for accurate shipping details. Returned shipments due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect information may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Wine & Experience Availability
All wines, events, perks, and member benefits are subject to availability and may change without notice.
Membership Use
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be shared between individuals residing at the same address.
Communication
By joining, members agree to receive winery updates, event information, and special offers via email. You may opt out at any time.
Charge Authorization
By enrolling, you agree to these terms and authorize all recurring charges. Chargebacks made in violation of these terms may result in account termination and recovery of associated costs.
Force Majeure
Jordan Parker Winery is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control.

Orpheum Society Terms & Conditions
Membership Commitment
Membership in the Orpheum Society requires a minimum 6-month commitment. This minimum commitment period allows us to offer quality discounts and benefits for our members.
Early Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your membership before the 6-month period ends, a $50 early opt-out fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding—this policy helps us maintain the high level of service and perks we provide.
Unused Credits
Any unused credits or benefits are non-refundable. However, you may still apply these credits toward purchases at regular retail pricing after your membership ends.
Wine and Product Availability
Wine and other product availability are subject to change based on availability and seasonal offerings. We aim to keep our member experience generous and unique, while ensuring our small, independent winery remains sustainable.
Billing & Payment
Membership fees are automatically billed based on the plan you selected. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date.
Membership will persist until a member requests to cancel - any cancelations after the 6 month commitment period are not subject to cancelation fees, but funds are not refunded. See Unused Credit section above.

We will keep you informed of updates, events, and special offers via email. By joining, you agree to receive these communications, which you can opt out of at any time (though you may miss out on exclusive updates).
